Flutes & Finesse has specialized in event planning in the Tri-State area for nearly 10 years. We work hard as a team of three coordinators for each of our clients, helping them plan and host their upcoming event free of stress and with confidence. VENUE DECOR SET UP
Starting at $450
Trust me to take care of all your event details. From ensuring silverware is polished to checking that even the largest centerpieces are on display we check it all off the list. Tie chair bows, place chargers, set up seating charts, any details needed to pull together your overall vision, I guarantee your guests will be raving about the event afterwards.
DAY OF COORDINATION
Starting at $1400
Open communication with all vendors if requested
On site of one partner's locations 30 minutes prior to photographers
Check that hair and make up is running smoothly, flowers have arrived to designated locations, confirm transportation is en route on time.
Full venue walk through for quality check
Place veil in for ceremony & remove afterwards
Bustle of the dress/assist with wardrobe change
Set up an additional small decor as if previously requested.
Emergency Bag carried all day
Transport your personal belongings at the end of the evening to your room or transportation vehicle.
FULL WEDDING PLANNING
Starting at $3400
Vendor communication/connection to photographers, florists, transportation, DJ, Band, Tent, Rentals, Dress Shoppe, Tux Rentals,, Calligraphy artist, Live Painter, and many more!

PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNING
Starting at $2300
2 in person meetings that you can use how you see fit (venue walk through, florist meeting, a meeting at a coffee shop, etc)
More interaction initiated on our behalf with your vendors (checking what time hair/makeup would like to start, telling florist when to drop off directly, etc instead of you doing that work and then filling us in)
Contacting vendors/rentals you may still be in need of (cigar rollers, midnight snack truck, favors, calligrapher for signage, etc)
All that is included in our day of coordination package.
FLUTES & FLEURS
Starting at $25 per centerpiece
One of our newest services that is sure to leave your guests talking!
Two hours before your event ends we arrive and set up before breaking down your centerpieces (furtherest from the dance floor first & very discreetly) to turn them into personalized sized bouquets for all your guests to leave with!
Perfect as an interaction for your guests ,think cigar roller, while also being a practical favor that guests will actually enjoy & eliminating all your flowers being thrown away!
